  • anyone used them? any good?
    anything to look out for?

    Thanks

  • Yes they are very good, they makes your front end not be sketchyiest

  • had one on the colnago, worked fine, easier to change the bars, and to take apart for transport, but went back to quill as it looks way nicer on a steel frame.Think mine was a deda in black

  • I've got one on my Roberts, no complaints... I've got a spare Deda if you need one...

  • hows the headset work with them? do you use the original threaded or need something else?

  • Inserts just like a quill. Then bang an ahead on the top.

  • too easy... Cheers

  • Clarky. Yeah they are very useful, especially of your trying to dial in a new postion, and so its easy to change stem length.

They do come in a couple of sizes I think so just check the size.

I totally agree with pullingteth, it's changed the look on my pug.

I needed a shorter reach and saves stripping off bar tape when you change bars !

  • Nice, if i dont get a Shimano Ultegra quill, then i'll definitely be up for it...
