How does the stem/steerer work on that bike? Looks like a threaded headset, ahead converter and an ahead stem that's been made to look like a quill stem??

Not sure, Ricky makes a lot of integrated stem & bar arrangements that work as normal with a 1" threaded headset, but that one does seem to have a clamp bolt in the stem at the front of the steerer. We might have to wait for better pics.
