Yes, everything shown in the pictures.
I need to add that shipping outside EU/worldwide at reasonable price is possible, but without the rims themself - price will go up a few pounds (<10).
TNT is only taking sizes up to 100x50x50cm max from this year on and I have yet to figure out other couriers with reasonable prices.
Could be arranged, but I think DHL etc are quite expensive and I have yet to look into those.
