  • Doesn't the large 'VELOFLEX' logo on the tyres give that away?

Yeah, what Dayno said, cheers though captain awesome...

  • also they look like Campag Omega hardox rims, potentially omega Vs...
cant quite tell, but def campag.

Or maybe Lambda or Strada... who knows...?

  • omega cos of yellow sticker?
    lambda are purple???/ White????
massive bike geekery from me here.

  • Defintely Campag Omega.

  • Defintely Campag Omega.

I'll go with what goggles says here... think the stickers do give it away...

  • New wheels! Cheers Ciaran.

  • lovely bike :)

  • Thats actually the nicest Bob Jackson I have ever seen I think... what are the wheels inc tyres?

Campagnolo Omega 19 with Campagnolo low flange pista hubs and veloflex master 22 tyres.

    Veeeeeeryyy nice...
    Cheers man.

  • So so stoked with how it turned out. Had a few worries about how the alu would fare on Irish roads but it's ridden great so far. Shouts to Coventry Eagle for the frame!

  • Nice. Now you just need some lovely pink bartape and proper pedals.

  • Truth. Thinking of just going for the tried and tested MKS clip/strap combo. and extra no bartape for MOAR ZEN. hahah i'm gonna pick up some black fizik tape during the week alright.

  • Good man. Make sure to get laminated straps so they don't stretch. And Fizik is the choice of kings.

  • get a black chainring as well!

  • broke my feckin' heart getting the unanodized ring. the wallet was taking enough of a punishment and a local guy had it for a good price so i just went for it. down the road i'll hopefully find a black sugino though. nice wan for the laminated straps tip off sumo, probably wouldn't have even checked.

  • why not powder coated, only £10?

  • I didn't even think of that. Would powdercoat last on a chainring? I can imagine it being thick and coming off and forming a mish mash with the chain. I have a soft spot for the Gebhardt transfers too.

  • lots of people here have powder coated chainring and sprockets, and no problem

  • if just used on a single geared bike and chain line is spot on the finish should last long enough.
Gonna be a biatch to prep it though!

  • Pretty much finished this and very happy with it, new seat post and headset (thank you re-cycled) fitted over the weekend, very smooth. Still unsure if i should drill the fork to accept a recessed nut as at the moment im just using the back brake bodge. Also unsure how long im going to be able to handle the champion sprinter, narrow is an understatement.

  • As an owner of Deda Pista drops on my track bike I could not recommend them less for street riding. Every moment on the non-existent tops or sort of hoods position between efforts is misery, and they are so ridiculously deep.
I'll be selling some shortly :)

  • Love it! Although though I love the two frames on here, I'm glad I didn't go gold for mine as they'd not be as nice as these two specimens and it'd make me cry!

  • Lovely rotrax

  • Thats my local bike shop back home^. Nice build.

I just bought one of there frames for a new project.
