That was fun! Let's do it again next month.
Clara - Mike was most impressed with the chutney, not least the way the top popped when he undid the lid! -

That was a blast, gals. Great to catch up/meet new folk.
Love the compulsory "oh, you're Nhatt...."
And I can't for the life of me find the Thelma and Louise pic...can one of you lovely ladies find it and stick it up here?? (Sorry Nhatt/Clare, but it is fucking brilliant)

And for those of us who were talking about the rollers (you know who you are...) - next Rollapaluza winter league night is 26 Jan. But it's "kilo night". That can fuck off, for starters.
Next normal 500m one will be early feb - I'll keep my eyes posted.

this was the best thing ever. again!
-
• #91
Yeah, please do again...missed it due to nasty cough/general cold that seems to be going round london atm.
-
• #92
we've talked about doing a grand slam (all the drink's pubs in one day) in the spring.
It could totally be called "The Tour de Flange"
(although I vote for it being The Minge Binge)
-
• #93
I'm a ginge...I'm voting for Minge Binge!
-
• #94
I missed it too but that grand tour sounds great.
ooh oh that reminds me... -
• #95
Minge Binge for the win!
It was a lovely evening - to see old faces and meet some newbies too

^All true.
Next time I'm having an ale (or several). -
• #97
I was thinking next one around the 3rd week of next month, probably a friday again -
Any preferences to date/locationI liked the Captain Kidd, we had plenty of room considering it was a Friday night, plus the ale was cheap. So I'm happy to return there. However am open to other venues.
What are your thoughts people?
-
• #98
I thought the idea had been to work 'compass' style drinks?
-
• #99
That was certainly one idea. If someone wants to suggest a good venue, that isn't too pricey, would have room for us on a Friday night, and have fairly safe bike parking I'm all for it.
We could use some of the existing compass pubs or we could find some new ones.
Maybe we should start a list of possible venues?
- Captain Kidd (Wapping)
- Coach & Horses (Clapham - current South beers venue - not sure what its like on a friday tho)
- The Ship (Hammersmith - end point of last london ladies ride) nice for summer but expensive.
4..
- Captain Kidd (Wapping)
