  • I'm a bit past it tbh... Spent my 20s intoxicating myself and eating lots. Did no exercise at all. Now every day on the bike feels like everest.

    It will get better if you stick at it, probably quicker than you think at the moment. Just don't build it up too quickly, try to get a little faster each time. If you also eat properly and don't drink too much you can't go wrong.
