Endless procedural and paperwork hoops are placed in your path to absolutely minimise the number of people who have the life force to see it through, presumably to it can be shit-canned later on due to "lack of demand". Even if you do stick it to the bitter life-diminishing end, they do absolutely fuck-all.

    So don't dick about if you have an issue - go straight to litigating the matter through small claims. Simple online procedure, cheap, and gets people's attention.
