• I get similar comments to the OP all the time, mainly because my weight changes a lot.

    I'm 6'5" and currently 16st, and in good shape. For me this is normal but in summer there was a point where I was 13st and despite feeling lighter and stronger on my bike, I got lots of comments about how I looked famished/underweight.

    I'm naturally quite broad/athletic so I'd like to start lifting and put on some weight, I think I could get up to 18-20st by simply filling my frame and increasing my muscle mass.

    Slim ankles, big thighs, slim waist, massive chest/shoulders FTW.
