Pennies behind the spring is probably worth it, I couldn't be arsed with all the other shit though. Removing the air resrictors looked like it could be good but after watching videos it's probably not worth the effort.
Refills were from amazon, just under £8. I wanted ones with suckers ont he ends but they were a load more expensive.
