Fuckcunts.. just walked past Soho Sq. Cable tied onto the railings above a bike locked there was a notice which read "this bike will be removed if left here again".
As I walked around the square I noticed more cable ties where other cards must have been left.
FFS.. I just don't understand why you cannot lock a bike to a railing..
