I'd like to see you play polo without using your thumbs... I dislocated my thumb in May, completly handicapped. gah!

I played with a sprained wrist (handlebar side) I was only slightly worse than usual.

Fair enough - brokeness means me and the missus may only come for an hour. No drunken ranting for me this week. For shame...

I'm not doing a long night out either, but fair point on the start time, it only works for me as I work in the city centre that day.

Keep spreading the word if you can! This is one of my new years resolutions; to mobilise the fgss community and spread the polo, alleycat, audax/ride vibe amongst all.
After experiencing some really fucking brilliant community spirit in Seattle (after their Xmas critical mass) I'm motivated once again. See you on Friday.

I'm getting there around 7. I've spoken to around 4 of the people on the list and I get the impression early doors is the order of the day.

I'm heaving a lot of spondoolies out tomorrow so doubtfull..

I spoke to the girl behind the bar earlier, and she commented on how it was good to see a large group of friendly people having a good time.
I echo that, and thanks to those who cycled....
It was good to meet new faces. Really good in fact. Lots of info being shared, and a positive blueprint for future meets. It's becoming obvious who is worth talking to about specific cycle events, so here's to our next installment.
