We could claim the VAT back at the end of the year (we're a sports association), but we'd have a hole in the finances if selling to everyone VAT free, hmm.
I'll try and source the hub flange measurements, yes... thinking about it, the front hub is going to be 100mm spacing, I was being a dope and wrote it down wrong.
