• Welcome ladies and gentlemen (presumably more gentleman as this is a rather cock-heavy forum), to a selection of bits and bobs I have for sale - mainly as a result of the slow acquisition of parts that I really don't need. If the prices are off or wonky then let me know and I'll make the necessary adjustments. Pick up can be from Wests on Thursdays or I can meet you centrally during the week if you're desperate and cannot wait until then.

    1) An older-style Flite with ti rails that I purchased from damo. I initially agreed to trade this saddle for three burgers and a pint from the courier/pursuit legend that is Max Crowe, but he chose to welch on our agreement and sell it to damo instead when feeling malnourished. The saddle itself is completely intact with few or no marks whatsoever - no scars to speak of. I rode it for about 4 weeks prior to acquiring me some carbon! Yours for twenty english pounds.

    2) A Selle Regal in black with ti rails. This was purchased brand spanking new by my good self and caused my delicate little buns merry hell. It's just not the right shape for my undercarriage. I tried to persevere and decided to call it a day when the sores were actually giving off a truly unique odour. I'd like to say that this is unmarked, but it isn't. There is some rubbing to the nose of the saddle and a mark on the rear where one of my staff knocked my bike over. Twice. Yours for twenty english pounds. - sold to adoubletap!

    3) A Brooks B17 in Honey with standard (non ti) rails. Purchased from Hilary after a rush of blood to the head caused me to buy it for no apparent reason whatsoever. I'll never use it, so someone on here can. There's a small blemish on the top, and it was sold to me as NOS. I get the distinct impression that this will cause my hoop some serious issues and for that reason, it's out. Yours for the princely sum of fifty english pounds. - sold to lor!

    4) A Blackspire stem. Purchased by me whilst EUI (ebaying under the influence) after a bottle of Malbec one evening. Not really sure why I bought it in all honesty, but it's for O/S 31.8 bars with NO rise and for one and one eighth steerers. Ah, it's also 50mm in length. I paid some over-inflated price for it, presumably because it's got a picture of a beaver on it. Yours for nowhere near what I paid: fifteen english pounds.

    5) A Crank Brothers Power Pump - rumoured to be rather good, but not something I couldn't get on with. Buying a tyre in Cycle Surgery on High Street Ken is to be avoided by one and all. I bumped into a total salesman - and walked out with a new tyre, a pump and enough inner tubes to keep Contador happy for at least two seasons depending on his run of luck. Yours for ten english pounds. - Traded with Skully!

    6) During a retro refurb on Mrs b&d's bike, a visit to the delightful chaps at Putney Cycles was necessary. They dutifully supplied me with a Push seatpost that Peter Sutcliffe could have used. It measures 350mm and is for a 26.8 seat tube. Yours for ten english pounds.

    7) A 19t Condor Sprocket. CNC machined and all that old bobbins. Not really much to explain other than it was a bit to spin class for me. Great being first away from the lights, but not so great when you spin like a madman when going down even this slightest of inclines. Probably something for the polo bunch. Yours for five english pounds. - Again, traded with Skully!

Obviously the dibs system seems to work and we'll run with that, but please follow it with a PM. I'd rather see Liverpool win than queue in the Post Office for the next five years, so posting is totally off limits unless you live on Mars. As I said earlier, I'm more than happy to meet people or you can haul your arses to Wests and pick up from there. Thanks for reading....................
