DiLuca is to ride for Katusha. He won't be taking a salary.
Tchmil said "He told me ‘I’m a new man’ and I told him that I’d take him if he rode for free". Later Tchmil talks about the team's anti-doping stance *“We take the fight against doping very seriously and whoever races for us has to agree to pay **a fine equal to five years salary *if they test positive".
