petrol is expensive. When will someone invent a cheap eco-friendly petrol substitute so we can all have early 90's sportscars?
You can CREATE petrol fairly cheaply using large powerful solar energy traps, which concentrate heat onto common substances (I think water and carbon dioxide but dont quote me on this) which then reat together to make hydrocarbons/petrol etc..
This is something i looseley remember from a documentary I watched probably two years ago. The tech was reasonably affordable, you just need to live somewhere very sunny to make it work.
