oh right sorry, if I'm going any great distance or know I'll be on my bike for a long time I'll use my SPD's. If I'm just fucking about town, going to the pub etc I'll use platforms and cages. I don't like wearing my disco slippers around the place, if I kept the spd's on all the time I'd have to carry round a pair of normal shoes too and its a bit of a pain having to change back and forth.
