don't think that it's TT frame
in the 80ies the TT machines already looked different than the stock road machines.
but I agree with the thin 18/19mm tubs. that was a generall trend in the 80ies.
so several common road frames got tighter clearances.
in german these tubs were called "Dackelschlitzer"
