Paintjob makes that anti. Looks nice as standard though

I just posted in my Tri club forum how most modern Tri/TT bikes are anti. Technological marvels, yes, but the garish paint jobs are more often than not horrible.
Do they really need to write TREK 7 times?? It's one of the most distinctive and anticipated bikes around - we know what it is!
On the plus side, the decals on the Bontrager front wheel are infinitely better than the old Aeolus decals.
I still want one though.

whilst we're on the subject of leopards...
It never occurred to me that they made a TT specific Di2 the shifters look very cool

I dont think most of them are, just quite a few, these two from earlier in the thread are all porn.
I think you're right about the paint jobs though more often than not thats what ruins them. The new Merida time warp 4 for example
my old boss owned one looks hideous. -

Aye I used the Rafael and English as examples of (IMO) attractive designs. In the world of tri everyone rides treks, cervelos, Planet x, Cannondale, Scott, Q-roo, Fuji etc. (myself included). It's just a shame they are so garishly designed.
That Meridia is awful, almost as bad as the green (ultegra) CD0.1!

It's a time trial frame, should really have 18mm tubulars.
don't think that it's TT frame
in the 80ies the TT machines already looked different than the stock road machines.
but I agree with the thin 18/19mm tubs. that was a generall trend in the 80ies.
so several common road frames got tighter clearances.in german these tubs were called "Dackelschlitzer"

Based on the super tight rear end, including dented seat tube, and the shifters on top of the down tube, I'm sticking with my opinion that it was built for time trials, just before the move to low profiles.

Waiting for your chum at Torm to rip it off?
Waiting for a new asshole to be ripped if you even jokingly repeat your slander?

No, Australian. She was on the front cover of some magazine in Adelaide.
Wow. Italian?

David
You seem to want to antagonise me for no particular reason. I have apologised for the comments that you perceived as slanderous. As stated at the end of last week, I would have liked an opportunity to speak in person to apologise in person.
If you don't want me on your forum then ban me. I am not really interested in fighting petty battles with people online.
Regards
James

I actually have, but I was referring to your comment to David. Probably something better discussed in private.
Please don't take this as condescending.

There's a host of non-African leopard species. The Persian leopard and Amur leopard for example who live in the Middle East and North-East Asia respectively.
