The use of an Angle Grinder

Aaaaand... still looking. A very valiant attempt by nuknow and friend to cut it (thank you guys!), but it's majorly hardened steel. Something electric?

I failed, miserably.
Tough as nails, how do they cut through those locks in seconds!!??
I put all my weight on those things and it hardly scratched....
