GasPlus or PlusGas. Leave it to soak, and then put more on. Leave it overnight, check in the morning and put more on. Check in the evening and apply more. Then attempt removal. Aside from that, try some penetrating oil from a car spares place. When re-fitting it, remember to use copper slip to make sure there's a lower chance of things oxidizing together.
