Also the credit card readers are very hit and miss at best. I've had more fails when trying to take out a 24hr hire. I get to the very end of the process when it says "sorry can't proceed with the process" (or words to that effect). On one occasion I called the number associated and they promised to call me back the following day...That was a month ago.
