tbh- I don't know much more than basic physiology at the minute, but the first thing that springs to mind is dehydration in the mornings...
that pain is consitent temporally and location wise to early RA, but I in no way could suggest that's what you have, seeing as the diagnosis from those symptoms covers a huge range of areas, including dietary allergy and over exertion and sleeping funny.
go see a GP and they'll be able to advise, but try drinking more water and having more bananas.
(it is very, very unlikely to be RA, but that's what I just studied, so like the true med student it is foremost in my mind and so I jump to the diagnosis like a moth to a flame).
