By having a winter break?
Hardly any of the European leages play during this time, we and scotland are pretty much the exception.
La Liga starts on the 8th of Jan (this weekend).
Siera A starts on the 9th.
Budeslegia starts on the 14th.
Ligue 1 starts on the 15th.All European leagues will be affected.
"It means you have to change completely when the leagues will play, mainly I would say in Europe. It's less difficult in the rest of the world."

My point was that they all have a break, yeah it's not all in January, but that's just a case of moving that a week or two either side.

A week or two! No chance. The competition from start to finish takes (minimum) a month. You need 3 weeks for team preperation and hysterical corperate build up at least. + A break afterwards. Given this the European season will probably finish in July...
I'm not actually that bothered about changing the pattern of the season. I just worry that FIFA are not doing this because it's what they believe in or even because Qatar is the best bid. They are doing this because they have been paid.

You're older than me so you're more likely to get the B/W ones.

TBH that time would make for a better WC. The issue would be the state of players for the CL and ends of season games. A lot of recent WCs have not lived up to the hype.
