The big whooHaa was the mothers of Cot Death babies being portrayed as crazed baby snatchers.
Puts an elephant in the room when a young mothers are there with friends who have lost babies. just praying on the venerability of new mums and grief of parents who have lost babies.
mountain molehill really. big problem is the typical audience for Eastenders are the red top reading halfwits, living life by proxy. sad part is these are the majority in the UK
