Just to balance this out a bit more: I wholeheartedly think that this is one of the most likeable shops in London. And I am sure they'll never overcharge you for a frickin' screw. I want a shop to not fail, it's this one.
So go on peeps, give Steve a chance and then decide for yourselves.
