I think that would fit perfectly.
Frame height doesn't say anything.
Just get the saddle position right and play with bars. Ekimov also wasn't that much streched out over his bike and still rode a pretty good pursuit (different frame though).
Besides that, it's porn. So, who cares about the fit?
