    Made some fresh pesto which smells insanely tasty.

    To go with:

    A load of charlotte potatoes (the little guys), cut into round slices about the size of a 2 pound coin.

    Put into a boiling cauldron - cook for 10 minutes.

    Then add a handful of dried spaghetti.

    Cook for 5 mins.

    A handful of green beans, slice in half so you have beans the length of matches. Add.
    Cook a further five mins along with a glug of good olive oil.

    Strain (make sure you save a cup of the water) put back into the pan, add the water and the fresh pesto. another glug of oil. season, stir till the potato starts to get messy, over a low heat.

    Bang.

    I did about 2 kilos and I'm still going strong. I got another few hundred grams left in me at least.
