Can't seem to find the straight, trick-style forks I want in 1" threaded style. They all seem to be 1 1/8 threadless and cost 'money'. So rather than buy some and alter them, I thought I'd try to fabricate my own.
Exact spec is 1" threaded, dead straight with zero rake and zero offset, no canti mounts, disc mounts only, and they need to cost next to nothing.
I've bought the steel now so I'm kinda committed to making them. Shit, I've hyped this right up, it better work.
Oh, and I'm surprised that no-one spotted the worst (and probably only) bike-polo haiku in the world.
