There's nothing you can't buy with money, so make him a proposal. He's selling some of his stuff, but don't think that you can make a bargain there (at least not for cpl bikes and nice frame sets). If you offer enough Roebels, he's will to sell everything but 1 frame set. For that single E.M. you've got to offer even more.
