Dual brake lever pull on disc and V

I've just ordered a Pompetamine frameset deal from On-One and i'll go with the Avid brakeset that Gabes recommended, any suggestions on rear wheel hub, rim, spoke count?

If it's 135mm, disc, singlespeed, your options (for reasonable money) are limited. I'd say the DMR (£40-50) or Hope if you can afford to splash the cash (the freehub should be more reliable than most freewheels, and changing gear ratios/chainline is lots easier.
