for some reason pay pal wont let you do instant transfers when your in this situation by instant transfer when you try and do it though pay pal directly, but i found out it when you do it though ebay it will. I'm guess to stop the person you bought it off having to wait for payment.
edit: nm i see you sorted it, might be handy for the futur though
