I was just giving a couple of examples of current product - for all we knew from your post you could have been after one of the old steel KG253s. Best new price on a 464 is £565, so £350 wouldn't be a huge bargain for something beat up.
You should be fine on the Large/56cm 464, I ride 55/56cm road frames and the 54cm 464 was spot on for fit - the head tubes are quite tall.
