Proper leather shoes

where did you get them resoled? Ive got an old pair of those desert treks with a hella worn crepe sole...

I didn't, they're not mine. But Vibram does sell just soles, you'd need to go to somewhere stocking only the soles
and asked them to be fitted to your boots. It's doable.
