there was an early Kilo Champ (I think it was called...maybe Aero though) with an oval blade specific type seat post (which were for ever wiggling loose as the clamping arrangement was a crap design.
I recall fannying around helping A N Other rider with single chainring bolts to try to fix one a few minutes before a pursuit- not the best preparation or confidence booster)
