Bright and spacious double master bedroom in Balsall Heath houseshare. £217 a month not inc bills. Deposit negotiable but I'm going abroad on 1st Jan (sadly, no waking up to DFP's drunken dribbles this new year) and could do with some dollar before I go!

It's a big house with garden, lots of room for bikes and right behind Cannon Hill Park/on the Rea Valley cycle route. Also, Calthorpe is literally two secs away if you polo.

Mastershredder is one of the roomies cries a little inside at leaving him so although I'm irreplacable, I'd like to leave him with someone half decent. Pass it on if you know anyone who might be interested please! x

More info: bills are roughly £70 (council tax, internet, water, gas, everything) so its about £290 all in.

Anyone interested come check out the place sooner than later.
