yup, and I can tell you that is one of the new Visp frames because of the cable guides.
I've ridden mine since May this year and it's been faultless. Haven't even dented it. Quite light too if you replace the forks to something without a steel steerer.
I'd really recommend you get some tools though, even if it's not for building the bike but just for repairs.
