okay, this is a start.. i need to find more details for the places i stop at.. it is also useful to know when they open sat / sun / weekdays..
in Chiddingstone there is a good spot, i have a number somewhere.. we usually call them with a order of bacon / egg baps, before hitting the big drop off Brasted Hill, a bit of a ritual on the Hoffmeister 70mile training loop from CP
in response to ian(conker) i'd like to think we could get each cafe nominated to donate something to the LCEF, but that is not the reason for compiling a list.. prefer to keep it non-commercial, and support local business to provide us with the rest / fuel required.
as well as listing the usual places like RP roehampton gate cafe and CP cafe st germain, Costa Coffee Beaconsfield as rendez-vous for rides.
there is a decent spot in Hambledon. The Post Office that does huge flapjacks £1 and Pots of Tea, alas no toilet and its outside only.
Also a cafe in a park at Henley-on-Thames, full of yummy-mummys. food is very decent though.
