sounds like a good idea as long as it stays non-commercial. I mean, if you found a cafe somewhere using this app, you might feel a bit miffed if you found out there were brown envelopes involved in getting their name on the list! Would probably need to have good feedback to stay on the list. (don't know anything about the tech needed or wether it's possible).
1st suggestion would be the tea-hut on high beech, Epping
PS. if this gets off the ground do you think there'd be an android version (please)
