I know people have used a seat clamp (see sttached) but this was on BMX frames and I would imagine that they would have thicket stays. Also you could try fashioning a bracket out of a the long metal strip used for securing the rear of a car stereo.
Possibly a hose clip!

I used the band that holds a road bike brake lever on, just bent it into the right shape.

Any update on this? Just got a coaster and not sure what to use to tie it to the frame of my pub bike.
Is a jubilee clip the way to go or is this likely to snap off?

Sturmey-Archer use a P-clip for their drum and coaster brakes, any decent lbs should have a p-clip they can sell/give you

^ yeah it's alright. Any hardware place will sell you a stainless or zinc plated something like that for about 50p though. Saves you enough money for the bus fare to get there in the first place (assuming you can't ride your bike there because of lack of brakes).
im after the little clamp that attaches to the chainstay,can anyone help me out
