i have a VGC raleigh randoneur in metalic green 531 all through (st i'm pretty sure - it's the 84 model), cantis , not centerpulls, c. 57 on top tube as i rememebr - c. 63 on seat tube.
semi-horizontal dropouts. very similar to this (2nd on the link ) but in brighter green (not sure on year of this one - mine is likely to be later as has rack points - but before the move to 708):
