have to admit i agree with chuckles on this one. the team/thread is for 'rest of england', not 'rest of england plus people who have lived in/have a vague connection to england'. it is a little unfair that 2 players who live in england can't make their own team but 2 players who don't live in england can. just sayin (in a completely non racist way);)...
