eBay and Craigslist finds

Can someone explain why this sold for £240. I've seen (and been guilty of) some Ebay sales patter in my time, but steel wheels, Lyotard 136R pedals, polished Weinmann brake??

He typed 'NJS' in the title to draw them in. I have no idea what part(s) were NJS on reading the ad.
Having drawn the punters in, they got to see the photographs, which were really quite good.
Bike would have gone for £50 if the buyer had to polished the bits.
