Just bumping this as i need to put together a bike for my sister-in-law before our one week of good weather arrives. 54cm step through frame that is made for 700c.

If anyone is looking for a 60's - 70's (i'd say early seventies but i don;t trust my memory) ladies frame, i have a currently pink, quite rusty, three speed hub gear raliegh that i don't monies for, everything is there but it'd all need lotso f love, pm if your interested i'm away till 04/12 i'll then put up photo's and it'll be going into the freecycle forum.
