I ordered this from Aspire Velotech prematurely for a new bike build which is now going to have a 1, 1/8 threadless steerer so it is surplus to requirements.
It arrived a few weeks ago, but I thought I had a buyer so didn't return it. Unfortunately that fell through.
It's up for sale for what I paid for it.
