All going well, timing found hidden under the box of stuffed prunes I was filling my face with late last night. Turkey in oven, half a pound of unsalted butter mixed with thyme inserted under it's skin with surgical precision - following the receipe of Mr Fergus Henderson of St. John's... I'm currently doing the Brandy Butter (equal parts sugar, butter and as much brandy as it'll hold....) oh and a large glass for the chef..... Hic.
I will have to disagree with Mr Prancer's general view on sprouts, as I find them little globuals of green heaven, totally underappreciated by the entire world, if not universe, and beyond. Sprouts ftw.
