Who cares if he got it for free from a friend/acquaintance/whoever and now wants to sell it on here for an ok price?
If Forumenger A offers something up gratis and Forumenger B accepts it then tries to sell it on here at a later date I can see the problem, but the OP isn't dicking anyone over here. I'm 100% against exploiting the generosity of the forum spirit but expecting people to pass on every sweet deal they get (probably from a bit of work on their behalf) to the whole world and their dog just because they're a forum member is a bit mad.
