BTW... stollen. Not your usual funeral fare, but that stuff is gorgeous. Why don't we eat it all year round?
Also... I'm on a whisky tip at the moment and usually go for deep peaty single malts, but I'd like to try something smooth... anyone got a recommendation for a really gorgeous smooth single malt? Scottish obviously.
