Ive just had my flights to SA cancelled. 3 days sitting at home = win (compared to in an airport).
3 days on the phone trying to get a 'next fight' and then told its only on the 28th = fail.
Forced their hand in the end for a full refund = win
Missing one of my close mates weddings = fail...
