Also dont publicise the alleycat aside from on forums etc. They have gotten some really bad press of late and if you link it to an event that you are trying to get funding/council approval for you are likely to be given short shrift.
My advice would be to centre it around the film/art/polo angle, like a mini BFF for brighton. Alleycats will get us nowhere. Not saying we shouldnt do one though, they are awesome.
