A dice roll random draft BM tourney?

Everyone rolls a dice and is entered into a pot. Number of players in each pot will be even up randomly after registration closes. Coaches choose 10 numbers and gets his teams randomly from the pot. 30 minutes format.

Both coaches(not really needed, it's random selection)/appointed rep. roll a dice every 3 minutes and a substitution is made every 3 minutes. Can't guarantee the full participation of team members but it's random and should be fun :)
